Our Advice: Elios Hotel Ho Chim Minh City is suited for leisure of business travelers who wish to be in the heart of the city without having to pay the price of a luxury hotel.  With its lack of swimming pools, the hotel might not be suitable for families with small children, but overall mid-range travelers will be more than happy with their stay at Elios Hotel.

When to go?
Although the temperature remains fairly steady throughout the year, Southern Vietnam is marked by two seasons.  The dry season lasts from December to May, while the rainy season is from May to November.  Most of the rain is in the afternoon and only lasts a short time so it is unlikely to disrupt touring plans.  Tet New Year is celebrated throughout Vietnam in late January or early February.  During this time, transport options fill up quickly and lots of restaurants and tourist sites are closed so it is not recommended to travel to Vietnam during Tet.

Centrally located on Pham Ngu Lao Street in Saigon, Elios Hotel is a convenient base to the city's main attractions.  Ben Thanh Market is only a five minute walk away from the hotel.  The international airport is a 30 minute drive away.
