Who should go?
Centrally located and offering great value for money, the Asian Ruby is a nice mid range hotel for tourists and business travelers alike.  The rooms are big enough to accommodate families and the ample facilities such as in-room safety boxes and internet access provide a comfortable stay, however some standard rooms do not have windows. 

When to go?
The South benefits from sunshine and warm weather all year round. However, the rainy season lasts from May to November (with showers once or twice daily in general) and a dry season from December to April. Unless you intend to visit friends, relatives or your family, we do not recommend visiting Vietnam during the Lunar New Year or Tet holiday (Vietnamese New Year falls between late January and February). Tet is the most important period of the year for many Vietnamese who take time off to visit their families in the countryside. All hotels, buses, trains and flights are full, and there is almost no activity in the markets and shops.

The Asian Ruby is located on an atmospheric street around the corner from famous Opera House.  The hotel is Ho Chi Minh City’s District 1 and the majority of the city’s shopping and sightseeing are within walking distance.  The international airport is approximately 15 kilometers away.
