This 6 day program commences in Chiang Mai with an exploration of the bustling Waroros Market that serves up a huge selection of local dishes. It's then time to get hands-on with 2 days at Chiang Mai Thai Cookery School. Learn the secrets behind Thai cooking, how to make the perfect Green Curry paste and Spicy Minced Chicken Salad. Using fresh ingredients guests are guided under the eye of a professional chef and taught insightful traditional techniques.
Your Northern Thailand Culinary Journey then continues with a stop at Mae Krachan hotsprings and Wat Rong Khun, also known as the White Temple, before arriving in Chiang Rai. Continuing on to Doi Mae Salong, we stop en-route at Nanglae Pineapple Plantation. Here you will be able to walk around the plantation and sample the delicious Pineapple grown here. The following day we awake and depart for Chiang Khong, an area home to a freshwater seaweed farm where products such as seaweed chips are produced. We also visit the ancient kingdom of Chiang Saen on the banks of the Mekong facing Laos. Here guests can see a number of ancient ruins and temples. Then it's time to enter the Golden Triangle and embark on a longtail boat ride along the mighty Mekong River. On the final day we head back to Chiang Rai, stopping at Mae Sai, a bustling border trading town between Thailand and Burma. Day 1 - Chiang Mai Arrival

Continue your adventure in Chiang Rai. Stop at Mae Krachan hotsprings and Wat Rong Khun, also known as the White Temple, before arriving in Chiang Rai.
Overnight in Doi Mae Salong. Day 5 - Doi Mae Salong - Chiang Khong - Golden Triangle (B,L)
Drive to Chiang Khong to visit a freshwater seaweed farm. Visit the ancient Kingdom of Chiang Saen on the steep banks of Mekong River before continuing to the Golden Triangle.
Overnight in Golden Triangle. Day 6 - Golden Triangle - Mae Sai - Chiang Rai - Departure (B,L)
Today we drive to Mae Sai, the bustling trading town at the northern-most border between Thailand and Burma.
Transfer to Chiang Rai Airport for departure flight.
