Phuket - Khao Sok

On our 4-day Khao Sok Natural Retreat travelers are invited to immerse themselves in a holiday experience that promises adventurous pursuits laced with organic touches in the form of the tours accommodation. At the Thunyamundra Organic Resort in Khao Sok you are invited to come and discover the abundant natural beauty of the area at the sustainable 5-star organic resort. Here, you will discover a sanctuary dedicated to the ultimate private rejuvenation of body, mind and soul.

On the second day of this Thailand tour depart for a soft trek through the National Park, where you will be confronted by the magnificent ecology and of the region, enjoying a picnic lunch en-route. Spend the afternoon admiring the pristine surrounds from an elevated perspective, on the back of an elephant! Ride an elephant through the rainforest while getting better acquainted with the gentle animals.

Spend the last full day of your Khao Sok experience within the grounds of the resort learning about organic farming before choosing and picking your own ingredients to prepare an organic lunch. Bask in the rustic surrounds of this extraordinary resort where there is nothing to distract from the sensational scenery other than the sound of nature.

Day 1 - Arrive Phuket - Khao Sok

From Phuket it's a 2 hour private transfer to Khao Sok National Park. Your accommodation is the Thunyamundra, a boutique organic resort. A peaceful sanctuary set amongst idyllic natural surroundings.

Day 2 - Khao Sok (B,L)

Take a guided soft trek through the park to explore the ancient rainforest and its diverse ecology. Ride on the back of an Asian elephant at a local camp and learn about these fascinating animals.

Day 3 - Khao Sok (B,L)

Take an organic farm tour and learn about the use of organically grown vegetables and their use in home cooked meals. Enjoy the afternoon at your leisure making the most of the resorts facilities and spectacular surrounding landscape.

Day 4 - Khao Sok - Phuket Departure (B)

Start the day with an organic breakfast at the resort before departing back to Phuket, or for those desiring a beach destination a transfer to the pristine island of Khao Lak.
