After a morning spent in a Thai cooking lesson we head to Koh Kred, home to one of Thailand's oldest Mon settlements. A visit to Tha Kha and Amphawa introduces floating markets and one of the biggest fish markets in the region.
From Bangkok we fly to Chiang Mai and visit Wat Prathat Doi Suthep, a sacred temple on the mountain. Spend an evening enjoying an unforgettable culinary experience at Celebrity Chef Sompon's Boutique House. A multi-course gourmet dinner will be personally prepared for you by Chef Sompon as you relax at his private home. Dinner is served poolside and the price includes 6 courses of exceptionally-prepared Thai food and beverages.

Spend the day at leisure then head to Vertigo in the evening, a stunning restaurant with unrivalled views of the city from its rooftop.
Visit Wat Po in the morning to experience a chanting ritual by the monks. Continue to the Grand Palace the dine in the evening at Cabbages & Condoms restaurant - a unique establishment that promotes better understanding of family planning.
Take a Thai cooking lesson today at a canal side location. Sample various foods used in the dishes. In the evening head to Lumpini park for a traditional picnic.
Fly to Chiang Mai and enjoy Khao Soy curry noodles for lunch. End your day with Wat Prathat Doi Suthep, the temple on the mountain and the most sacred in Northern Thailand.
Drive out of Chiang Mai and into the jungle. Visit local hilltribes and feast on a delicious Khantoke dinner.
Depart for Mae Kampong village in the Mae On district. Walk through the forest, passing tea and coffee fields. Return to the village in time to watch lunch being prepared by your host family.
Depart from Chiang Rai and visit the internationally recognized Chiang Rai Winery. We also visit pineapple plantations and visit a small Yunnanese Chinese community in a town that stretches over a 6000ft high mountain ridge.
Head to Doi Wawee. A region home to many hilltribes and tea and coffee plantations. Sample a cup of freshly brewed "Doi Chaang Coffee", a famous coffee bean producer who exports "Kopi Luwak" to Harrods Mall and other world famous retailers.
Visit to the 13th century ruined city of Chiang Saen and the heart of the Golden Triangle where the Ruak and the Mekong Rivers meet. Take a boat ride along the Mekong River to get a closer look at Laos and Burma.
