Just wanted you to know that our trip back home went without any problems.

I have to thank you again for brilliant service on our trip and helping us with the Bangkok problem. It is very rare nowadays to get so much help even if it was not strictly your problem how we organize our international flights.

We will use Exotissimo every time we travel to Asia that is for sure and I have told all our friends how super you and your company is. Hopefully you get many new customers from Finland.

Both Ha and Mandy, our guides in the North and South, were terrific.

Everything went very smoothly and we enjoyed very much the activities and sights you planned for us.

The cruise on Halong Bay was a standout and so were our travels throughout the Mekong Delta.

We appreciate also your flexibility (and that of your guides) when we wanted to make last minute changes.

Mandy got us into the Vietnam War Remnants museum at the last moment.

Thank you very much for your incredible help to us during our time in Thailand. As you are aware, we were caught up in the ongoing events in Thailand and spent an extra week in Bangkok, just trying to get out and return home. Your company single handedly provided us with a security blanket and rescued us.

In fact, we are so appreciative of your services both before and during the crisis that we have told everyone to use your services when they travel to any of your company's locations. Please pass our regards on to Sue, the tour guide in Bangkok without whom our trip would never have been the same. Her unending concern for us and the efforts she expended to make sure we made it safely from Bangkok to Cambodia (Poipot) and her care to ensure that we got across the border to Cambodia were heroic. She is a gem to be treasured always.

Again, THANK YOU Exotissimo for a wonderful touring experience before the coup and an incredible job of rescuing us from our plight in Bangkok. We hope that your country resolves this crisis and your lives can return to the normality of day to day life again.

My Wife and I have just returned to UK after spending several weeks in both Vietnam and Thailand. There is no doubt that the highlight of our travels was spent in Vietnam on a luxury trip organised by you and Exotissimo.
