A spectacular photo workshop tour of Myanmar, lead by internationally renowned photographer, Gunther Deichmann. Improve your photographic skills with expert guidance every step of the way. A specialist at working with light and creating dramatic photos, Gunther is a multi-award winning photographer and will pass on his professional expertise through practical, hands-on direction.

This photographic tour of Myanmar takes guests from the captivating capital of Yangon where the sparkling Shwedagon Pagoda glistens at sunset. From Yangon guests take a short flight to Bagan where it's difficult to ever put your camera down. Countless temples and pagodas are scattered across its desert like plains. Crumbling architecture adds to the inherent beauty of the place. Visit Tayokye Pyay, an elevated temple with sweeping panoramic views of the plains below. Then Wetkyi-In Gubyaukgyi, a cave temple with exquisite jataka mural paintings and the elegant Ananda Temple, one of the most impressive masterpieces. We also head to Myinkabar and Old Bagan to discover lesser visited sites with unusual stone inscriptions. Enjoy an unforgettable sunset from the terrace of a temple.

From Bagan we head to Mandalay and explore the surrounding former capitals with a visit to Sagaing, where 600 white painted pagodas and monasteries are home to 3,000 monks and 100 meditation centers. After lunch its time to continue your tour of Myanmar with a visit to Ava and U Bein Bridge, a 200 year old teak bridge and the longest of its kind.

Watch locals wash a Buddha image at 4.30am in Mandalay before taking a flight to Heho, the gateway to Inle Lake. Spend 3 days exploring the lake and its surroundings with endless opportunities for fantastic photos. From Inle Lake continue to Mawlamein and explore the nearby islands of Shampoo and Bilu before finally returning to Yangon via the elusive Bat Cave of Linnoh Gu in nearby Hpa An.
