Hit the streets of Myanmar's most cosmopolitan city on this fascinating journey into Yangon. Packed with pagodas and crammed with colonial relics, Yangon is one of the most enchanting cities in Asia. 

On this tour you will discover the city's premier attractions such as Shwedagon, Scotts market and the colonial quarter. However we will also take you off the main roads on a voyage to discover the real Burma: local teashops, and quiet neighborhood temples and friendly people keen to talk to visitors.

You'll be welcomed to Yangon with a visit to the striking Kyaukhtatgyi Pagoda and the dazzling Shwedagon Pagoda. The next day, you'll take a ride through the city's outskirts on the local train, disembarking at a lively colorful market. You'll also sip tea and shop for handicrafts among the locals in some of Yangon's most dynamic neighborhoods.

Head out from the city for a day trip to Dhala across the Yangon River, where you'll tour the village, visit the local market and get a glimpse of monastic life at the temple.

On your final day, you'll be granted a car and guide at your disposal, to revel in the charms of Yangon at your own pace, before we wish you farewell at the airport.

Your exploration of Yangon will begin in the afternoon, as you visit some of the city's most awe-inspiring sites, from the Kyaukhtatgyi Pagoda's immense reclining Buddha to the glittering Shwedagon Pagoda. After breakfast, transfer to the Nanthida Jetty to board a ferry to cross the Yangon River to Dhala. After the 15 minute ride, travel by trishaw around town. You'll visit the market and a local temple for a glimpse of monastic life. Head back to Yangon, enjoy lunch and explore the city's art galleries or discover the traditional medicines of Myanmar at Kon Zay Dan Street.

After breakfast, you'll have a car and driver at your disposal until your transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
