Kingfisher Hotel - Champasak - Overview
Kingfisher Ecolodge is a firm favorite for outdoors people exploring the beautiful scenery of Xe Pian National Park in Southern Laos.

Here, guests are surrounded by the very things they love, the serene environment of Mother Nature. The ecolodge is run by a very passionate family, ensuring that all of its guests' needs are catered to in a warm and genuine matter. With nothing more than the lodge and the national park's lush environment, a true escape from the outside world is in order here.

Kingfisher Ecolodge is all about simplicity. If guests are looking for posh amenities and comforts, then they should look at a resort or accommodation elsewhere. However, that is not to say a stay here isn't comfortable. The entirely natural made bungalows offer private verandahs for those who like to sit back and absorb in the pristine surroundings. There are also hot showers available, powered by solar energy. Each bungalow's lighting is powered by a combination of an individual solar system and grid electricity. All rooms have a wall fan and electrical plug. Internet connectivity is available within the resort, allowing guests to stay in touch while enjoying a stay in the wetlands of Xe Pian National Park.

The ecolodge provides a nice dining alternative for those willing to sample meals made purely from organic material. The staff conjures up an aromatic and certainly tasty array of Western favorites and Lao specialties, all while guests enjoy views of a nearby pond and the jungle from the restaurant.

At Kingfisher Ecolodge, there is nothing more than the bungalows and the soothing presence of Mother Nature. For nature lovers and those who want a true escape from today's modern world, there isn't a place more suitable than here.
