Inthira Thakhek - Thakhek - Overview
Located on the Mekong River near the Thai border and being halfway between Champasak Province in Laos and the Cambodian border, Inthira Thakhek serves as an ideal accommodation for travelers within Laos or as an idyllic break for travel to other destinations in Southeast Asia.

Because of its history as a trading post in the middle of the 20th century, the hotel is rich in splendid and interesting colonial structures. Flanked by tall shady trees and scenic images of the majestic Annamite Mountain Range in the background, Inthira Thakhek exudes the overall feel of the town; relaxation in the tropics.

Inthira Thakhek features cozy rooms in four different sizes, Standard, Deluxe, Superior and Suite. Each room reminisces back to the old colonial days, with wooden furniture, floors and window panels featuring heavily in each of the guestrooms. White bed sheets and curtains add to the finishing touches.  A private balcony overlooking the quaint town is also included. Wi-Fi connectivity is available throughout the hotel.

The Café & Bar sits nicely in one of the refurbished colonial buildings and overlooks the charming town of Thakhek. The restaurant and bar offers international and local fares as well as cocktails and beverages with both indoor and outdoor seating available.

For travelers coming in, out and journeying around Central Laos, there is no better accommodation option. Inthira Thakek is characterized by its beautiful surroundings, with tall green trees providing the shade and picturesque images of the Annamite Mountain Range in the background.
