Who should go?

The b ikebukuro is a city center property, with a bright, cheery and boutique-like atmosphere. Rooms are quite small for Western standards, but is cozy, well furnished and makes good use of the limited space. Guests should be prepared to stay at a hotel with almost no facilities to speak of, but for those on a budget, this fact does not matter.
