Learn about the fundamentals of this ancient massage that is practiced and enjoyed by so many Japanese. Visit the home of your instructor and learn about the physical and mental attributes and techniques associated with the massage. Definitely a good way to better connect with the people around you, enjoying unique moments and a useful new skill.

PROGRAM DETAILS

Today's Shiatsu Experience will take place at your instructor's home.

First, you will learn the fundamentals of Shiatsu, both physical and mental.

Whilst correct technique is important, every practitioner has their own style.

What is more important, however, is being able to gain a deep understanding of your patient.

You will learn how to make this connection, and then be able to adjust the massage to suit individual needs.

This makes learning Shiatsu an amazing way to strengthen relationships between couple, friends and families.

After the lesson, you will be able to relax with an hour long Shiatsu massage.

Rates are valid until 31 December 2012

Time: For 2 people, the class will last approximately 3 hours.
