OVERVIEW Get this opportunity while in Bali : Learn how to surf. Located in Kuta Beach, a beach very famous for its white sandy bottom, breaking waves and waist deep water : the perfect and suitable place to learn surfing. This half day lesson is ideal for all ages with no necessary experience required and those seeking for a beach fun activity. Surfing is considered by many as being the most fun and challenging Bali activity while you are in Kuta !
PROGRAM DETAILS This program depend with the tide, mostly the lesson is in the morning around 08:00 - 09:00. You will be picked up from your hotel and transfer to Legian or Kuta. The drive takes approximately 30 minutes (depends Hotel location) The personal instructor will welcome you and provide safe briefing and demonstrate some techniques. First, change your cloth at the changing room. The well trained instructors will then introduce the basics of surfing lessons in the pool (15 minutes) : learn how to use surf equipment, how to balance your body on the board, to step on the board, to paddle and all the do's and don'ts you need to know. Once you have an understanding of the basics of surfing, the instructors will take you to the beach and try out some of the surfing theories you have just learnt on fun and safe surfing In the private surfing lesson sessions, the techniques of surfing will be revealed and conveyed completely and will be customized suited to the needs and abilities. This session will take approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. During the lesson, you will be accompanied by a competent senior instructor who will be fully committed to you. You will experience an enjoyable and memorable time while learning how to surf in Bali. Toilet and shower are available after the activities. Note: We recommend wearing shorts and swimming gear, hat and sunscreen. Bring a change of clothes for after the lesson. Suitable for beginners and intermediate level surfers between the ages of 8 and 45. All of our instructors are fluent in both English and Japanese. Two daily classes available.
