Depart from your hotel this morning for a half day of exploring Jogjakarta's traditional and modern art scene.

Begin at Affandi Musem on the banks of the Gaja Wong River. This museum was set up in honor to famous Indonesian painter of the same name and features hundreds of works of fine art. You'll visit the three galleries, each of which has a different theme: the first houses Affandi paintings, gallery two is filled with abstract and realistic paintings from local artists and the third section features temporary exhibitions from local and foreign painters.

Then proceed to Ullen Sentalu Museum, a private museum established in 1994 with a mission 'to realize and communicate the art heritage and Javanese culture that threatened extinct thus rise the pride of people about its culture's identity'. The museum houses an impressive collection of traditional costumes, batiks and fine arts all of which reflect the rich cultural heritage of Java.  

Having visited two museums, now proceed to two amazing galleries: And finish your discoveries by visiting two amazing galleries : Yogya and Sasanti. Each gallery blends traditional Joglo architecture with modern touches inside and outside and displays collections of paintings and antiques as well as earrings, necklaces, and hand-made bags of natural fibers and genuine leather.

After your visit, return to your hotel at midday.
