OVERVIEW

Offering breathtaking views of Bali's coastline and lush interior this half day horseback riding excursion is an unbeatable experience. You'll explore the black volcanic shores on horseback, surrounded by ocean views to one side and small, tropical villages to the other. Suitable for beginners, our Horse Riding at Saba Bay is a memorable adventure on a Bali holiday. 

PROGRAM DETAILS

You will be picked up from your hotel lobby (0730 for morning excursion; 1400 for afternoon) then proceed to transfer you to Saba Bay Stables on Bali's southeast coast near the traditional Sukawati markets. The drives will take approximately 60 minutes.

You will be welcomed by the staff at Saba Bay Stables upon the arrival followed by a safety briefing from your professional local guide. After prepare the equipment (including riding helmet), you'll meet your horse and set off on a memorable beach ride.

The peaceful ride takes you on the volcanic black sands alongside the crashing waves of Saba beach. On a clear day you will see the silhouette of the great volcano Mount Agung and Nusa Penida Island in the distance. You'll take a unique look at a seaside village and pass the Segara Wilis temple. The ride also takes you through bamboo and alang alang plantations where you see wild banana trees and pineapples plants thriving in the tropical weather.

After around 2 hours riding, you'll dismount at Bali Mesari Villa where you will be treated to lunch and refreshments. Then, transfer back to your hotel. (L)
