When to go?
Phnom Penh's rainy season is from May until October with the dry season starting in November and lasting until March.  The city is hot and humid all year round but November to January are the best months to visit, with the temperature at its coolest and humidity at its lowest.  However, is it also the city's major tourist season so bookings should be made well in advance.
