Hanoi - Hoa Lu - Halong Bay - Danang - Hoi An - Hue - Ho Chi Minh City - Mekong Delta

Stretching over 3,200 kilometres in length and featuring mountains, rivers, forests, and beaches, Vietnam is certainly one of Asia's most diverse countries. This 10-day journey introduces you to the country's three main regions: starting with the natural splendour and majesty of the north, to the historic charm of Central Vietnam and concluding with the beauty and the vibrancy of South Vietnam.

Start your private tour of Vietnam in the atmospheric capital city of Hanoi. Here the streets buzz with motorbikes and street vendors, yet peaceful parks and lakes fill the city. Travelling by traditional rickshaw, you will be introduced to the rich culture and history of Vietnam. Located just a short drive from Hanoi are two of Vietnam's most stunning physical areas: Hoa Lu and Halong Bay. Dramatic limestone karsts emerge from the rice fields of Hoa Lu, while similar features are explored as you take an overnight cruise upon the crystal waters of Halong Bay.

The UNESCO heritage towns of Hue and Hoi An await in Central Vietnam. Having served as the old imperial capital city, Hue still remains the cultural heart of the country with its many ancient buildings, museums, and buildings. Hoi An was once an important trading town and the traditional shop houses and small laneways giving visitors a glimpse in to Vietnam's past.

Your tour concludes in the vibrant South. Ho Chi Minh City, also known as Saigon, is the fast-paced commercial capital of the country yet is still filled with remnants of the French Indochina period. Travel to the nearby Mekong Delta with its labyrinth of waterways, floating markets, and fertile rice fields.

Enjoy the best that Vietnam has to offer as the experts at Exotissimo take you through the highlights of this dynamic country.
