The Villa Santi Hotel in Luang Prabang was
established in 1992 as Villa De La Princess, named after Her Royal
Highness Princess Manilay, the owner of the property. The Villa Santi
Hotel’s original building was renovated from a century old French
colonial style building and a new wing was added in the same style
offering a total of 25 boutique guest rooms.
Following the success of the original Villa Santi
comes the new Villa Santi Resort. Constructed in the same style as the
Villa Santi Hotel with the perfect mixture of traditional Lao and
elegant French colonial styles, the Villa Santi Resort is situated only
6km or 10 minutes drive from the centre of the World Heritage Site,
where the original Villa Santi Hotel is located. The new resort sits in
over 10 hectares of beautifully landscaped gardens, surrounded by
mountains, hills and streams leading down to the Mekong River.

appropriate to the theme and comfort. Each room features luxurious
amenities including air-conditioning, satellite TV and a private balcony

For dining the resort offers the finest Royal Lao
cuisine and authentic international dishes prepared by a former Royal
chef. The boutique resort also features a conference room which can
accommodate up to 300 people, internet café, tour desk, ticketing
confirmation, secretarial services, room services, same day laundry

The Villa Santi Resort should set new standards in
service and facilities in the country’s hospitality industry when it
opens later this year.
