Dining:

The Roof Garden is the certainly the hotel's nicest dining venue. The view is spectacular, though the food does not live up to the ambiance. There are normally two set menus on offer, and the lack of a la carte dining is certainly lamentable. Both the roof and the dining room inside use the freshest ingredients to create its Khmer and Western cuisine. Amansara even has a walk-in wine cellar to satisfy any vacationing oenophile!

When you stay at Amansara, you will be staying at a gorgeous suite. In each, there is an incredible sound system and wireless Internet access, but no television. They are all immaculately decorated. Of course, the pool suites are for those of us who really treasure our privacy, and do not want to share the two "public" pools with others.
