Dear Kay,

After my return to Islamabad I was a bit caught up in work and wished that I was back on holiday in Myanmar.

I really enjoyed the trip very much and would like to especially mention the outstanding performance of the guide and driver in Bagan. Both were extremely polite and taking excellent care of me. They were very professional, with a vast knowledge of the area and its sites but never  being boring by giving you too many facts and figures.

They tried to take my wishes into consideration whenever possible and I felt more like a guest than a tourist. I had a wonderful time and would like to highly recommend them as they were the best from all the guides and drivers I had on the trip.

The hotel in Bagan was absolutely beautiful and the staff very helpful indeed, making my stay a wonderful experience.

After the hustle and bustle of Mandalay the peace and quiet of the Inle Lake was wonderful and if the weather had prevailed I would have extended my time there even longer. The hotel on Inle Lake was great and the sights on the Lake itself as well.

You told me my flight tickets from Yangon to Bagan would be at the Savoy hotel when I arrived and they were.

Everywhere I went I found the Burmese people to be genuine in their wish to help and their effort to please. You extended the same feeling on behalf of your organization and I thank you for it.

I have been in 52 countries in the last 20 years and I am most impressed with the experiences I have had in Burma.

My heart goes out to all the Burmese people who are suffering from the devastation of the cyclone. I will return to your beautiful country and it's wonderful people.

today my wife and I arrived from a three week tour in Myanmar. Although booked in Austria I learned that your organization made all the local arrangements. Please allow me to express my sincere thanks for the wonderful experience. Not only was the organization was perfect, also the guides have shown us so much of the county.

Thank you for arranging our holiday to Burma in February. We all had a wonderful time. The guides were very informative and knowledgeable about your country's history and culture. They were also friendly, and their language skills were fantastic. They all took time to play with our children and also made sure we did things that suited the children.

They were all happy to change schedules to fit in with what we wanted to do ... eg extra shopping, resting time for the kids.

I would particularly like to mention our Mandalay guide, Zaw. He was so friendly, flexible and kind. He recommended great restaurants and also came with us when we wanted to try something a little different (a chapati restaurant on the street corner)! Our children loved him as he took time to talk with them and engage them in the sights.

The drivers were also friendly and we felt safe at all times.
