Cambodia Luxury Hotels and Resorts

Hello Vi,

I am writing to tell you how much we enjoyed our trip to Vietnam and the services supplied by you and your company.

I also have a couple of suggestions for improvement.

First of all, your services were flawless!  You may use me as a reference anytime.  Please forward this email to your manager and any other high-level people who should know how pleased we were with your services.

Here are the things that you and your company did really well:

• Communication
  I chose your company because of the consistent and frequent email communication from you.  As you know, the person we originally were working with left. You picked up the work and continued promptly and efficiently.  Initially I was somewhat worried about using an "unknown" travel agency outside of the United States to arrange this travel.  You allayed those fears with your frequent, responsive communication. It was very reassuring to know that you were there and always responded within 12 hours. Well done!
• Guides and Drivers
  Our guides everywhere on our trip were excellent.  I appreciated that each one stated something like, "This is your vacation and I want you to have a good experience."  On several days we made slight requests for changes to the itineraries.  Every time our guides were accommodating and gracious. Their English was excellent. The drivers were always safe. I also appreciated that we were not expected to pay for our guides' or drivers' meals which would have been an unexpected expense.
• Hotels met or exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoyed the hotel at Angor Wat.
• Travel arrangements
  We were picked up promptly every time.  When just the driver picked us up at the airport, he immediately called the guide so we could speak with him about the next day's schedule. This was very reassuring and impressive, even when these calls were late at night.  We appreciated that our travel was confirmed and we were given updated airline information, including the one time the flight was delayed.
• Itinerary I originally proposed an itinerary. Your agent made some suggestions which were good.  When Mrs. Vy was not available for us on the day of cooking school, Vi was proactive to let us know. As it turned out, we did not have Mrs. Vy for cooking, but her assistant, instead.  This turned out to be just fine and we were very happy with our cooking school experience.  The "Hanoi Hilton" prison was  not on our itinerary, but when we asked our guide about it, he included it.

We spent three marvelous days in Siem Riep.

We would like to thank you for the hospitality we received from your company. Your birthday present was a great surprise. I like the scarf very much, which always reminds me of Angkor and our excellent guide Mr.Thon.

As we were absolutely satisfied with everything, I am not going into details.

Hi Piseth,

My friend and I just returned from our trip to Siem Reap. I have to write to
you to let you know how SATISFIED we were about this trip!!! The little
survey would not do any justice! The trip much exceeded our expectations!!!

I have to compliment Poan as our tour guide. He made the trip excellent by
providing great stories! He was kind and very patient with us. He took care
of everything. We just had to relax and enjoy the tour. We missed the
balloon ride the first two days due to windy and thunderstorm like
conditions. He made sure we got on the last day and perhaps we were lucky,
we were the only ones on the balloon! That was very special! We also had a
"fun" time going to the floating village. The boat driver was not so good
and caused an incident... but Poan did the best he could in that situation.
He is the best tour guide I ever had in my life, even better than the ones I
had in Europe, Thailand, Beijing and Japan. He was flexible and we could
feel that he treated us like friends, even enjoying a couple of laughs
himself! If I go back to Cambodia with Exotissimo, I must have Poan as my
guide again!

Victoria Angkor was also an excellent hotel. Everyone there treated us with
kindness and the food was amazing! The room was clean and we got an
excellent view of the beautiful pool. Of course, I realize that could be
because it was during the low season! The buffet breakfast was comparable to
some of the best I had in Las Vegas! I hope we will also get a deal again
next time should we visit Siem Reap again! It was a bargain!

Last but not least, thank you Piseth for arranging this tour for us. We will
definitely recommend Exotissimo and Poan to our family, friends and
colleagues should they have interest to visit your country.

Thank you very much for your incredible help to us during our time in Thailand. As you are aware, we were caught up in the ongoing events in Thailand and spent an extra week in Bangkok, just trying to get out and return home. Your company single handedly provided us with a security blanket and rescued us.

In fact, we are so appreciative of your services both before and during the crisis that we have told everyone to use your services when they travel to any of your company's locations. Please pass our regards on to Sue, the tour guide in Bangkok without whom our trip would never have been the same. Her unending concern for us and the efforts she expended to make sure we made it safely from Bangkok to Cambodia (Poipot) and her care to ensure that we got across the border to Cambodia were heroic. She is a gem to be treasured always.

Again, THANK YOU Exotissimo for a wonderful touring experience before the coup and an incredible job of rescuing us from our plight in Bangkok. We hope that your country resolves this crisis and your lives can return to the normality of day to day life again.
