Only six months old and the second boutique hotel to open on the trendy Nimmanehim Road, the cozy At Niman hotel has been completely designed by the architect of the Oriental Dhara Devi. The style is Himalayan: a mix of Indians, Bhutanese, Nepalese, and Thai influences. In other words, its eclectic, featuring plenty of authentic handicrafts and furniture directly imported from their home country. The result is definitely surprising, very chic and one of Exotissimos favorites in Chaing Mai.

A city as rich in history as Hue has many varied options for the discerning incentive group. Unlike other companies, we are able to offer evening cocktails in some of Hues most impressive imperial tombs, after public hours. Smaller groups may better enjoy sunset cruises along the Perfume River against a background of famous landmarks like Thien Mu Pagoda.
Of course, no Hue incentive is complete without a gala dinner at the Citadel, the imperial quarter itself. Catered by La Residence, an evening in the cool evening air in these officially royal surroundings is a must, and certainly memorable for all those involved.

All clients that were in the country during the protests have now left and we have cancelled all arrivals until October 15th.
At this point it now appears to be safe to travel in Myanmar and there are already some tourists arriving in the country.
We have decided not to accept any clients until 15th October. After that time – and assuming there are no more disturbances – we will accept clients that want to continue with their travels as planned in Myanmar.
Our team in Myanmar is now continuing to work on all reservations for November and we will accept all new bookings from 1st November onwards.
Any clients scheduled to arrive during October that wish to cancel or postpone will be refunded in full or a credit provided for travels in other destinations.
Exotissimo Travel has been operating in Myanmar for twelve years. We have been pioneers in travel to Myanmar and at all times have operated ethically and professionally with the interests of the Burmese people always close to our hearts.

It is said that, a 900 year old stone temple important evidence of the past civilization in Xayphouthong district, Savannakhet province will soon be developed as a new tourist site. There are many local and foreign tourists visiting the stone house temple. Most of them were westerners. The tourists are impressed with the architecture of the building which is similar to the Wat Phou temple in the southern province of Champasak. No one could confirm exactly when the temple was built, but based on the style it would probably have been built in the 12th century. It’s also during that time people were strongly influenced by Hinduism and inspired to build the temple such as those at the Angkor Wat in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
