Koh Jum Lodge, Krabi, Thailand

Vientiane Residents Flock To Waterfall

The Houay Dokmai Waterfall in Hinheup district, Vientiane province, has officially opened to visitors. This waterfall is seven-level, 100 meter high and it is located 110 km north of Vientiane off Route 13. Visitor can swim in a natural pool, or enjoy stunning panoramic views at the top. There are huts for visitors to relax in and a small local restaurant.

Fern Paradise

Each room of the Fern Paradise stands alone, rebuilt form authentic old wooden rice barns. Brought from northern Thailand, these rice storage sheds were dismantled, transported, rebuilt and renovated to become some of the nicest rooms outside of Chiang Mai. Amata Lanna

Another boutique newcomer to Chiang Mai, the Amata Lanna embraces a contemporary slant on traditional Lanna architecture. Its not far from The Chedi and within a good walk to the Night Bazaar. It might not be the quietest place to stay. The whole property is located on an intimate piece of land with a small swimming pool in its center.

Kratie: Cambodia’s Next Hotspot

Some 350km North of Phnom Penh lies the provincial capital of Kratie. Situated on the banks of the Mekong it hosts one of the worlds rarest animal species, the Irrawaddy Dolphin.
