Exotissimo Travel Open Routes Along Myanmar and Thailand’s Stunning Coastline

The Andaman Sea and its coastline along Myanmar and Thailand hides some of world’s most scenic and desirable destinations. The area is relatively untouched so if you are planning a holiday here, you’re guaranteed vast stretches of paradise to relax in. Exotissimo Travel, Asia’s leading Destination Management Company showcase the very best of this region with a Thai/Burmese regional tour over sea and across land.

The area is home to some amazing scenes. For snorkeling/diving enthusiasts, the colorful scenes underwater is truly spectacular and is right up there as some of the best in the world. In fact, several endangered species make their home here including the Dugong, the Leatherback Turtle and the Irrawaddy Dolphin. Above water, incredible limestone formations of various shapes and sizes call the Andaman Sea home.  In honor of the sea’s fine natural gems, Exotissimo is proud to present one of its latest additions to it already impressive array of programs, the ‘Myanmar to Thailand Coastal Paths

Your scenic and memorable experience commences in Yangon, Myanmar, where afterwards, you are flown south to Kawthaung, a sleepy fishing village in the south that serves as the base for further exploration of the Andaman Sea and the Myeik Archipelago. Four nights are spent on a live aboard boat, stopping at numerous islands. This is the perfect opportunity to kayak amongst hidden lagoons, swim the azure waters, snorkel and explore lush tropical forests.

After your sea adventure, you’ll cross into Thailand, meeting the locals and learning about traditional livelihoods. Highlights include fishing with the locals, learning their unique techniques and hiking through Khao Sok National Park, home to the famous Rafflesia, the world’s largest and perhaps most pungent flower. Khao Sok National Park also boasts the largest area of virgin forest in Southern Thailand and dates back further than the Amazon Forest. The tour concludes at Elephant Hills, with an educational experience about this beautiful animal through various events such as mahout training and elephant back riding through the jungle.
