| A half day biking trip to explore the green heart of
Bangkok: Bang Ka Jao. This small green area has a
unique style of waterways and small roads. We pass
local markets and Thai houses and see communities that
live and work here. Ride along minor roads, pathways,
through alleys, temples, gardens and tropical jungle
for about 2 hours. The riding is suitable to anyone who
can ride a bike. Late afternoon, back to your hotel or
starting point by van. Local weekend “Bang Naam Pung”
market is available on Saturday / Sundays.

gain some spiritual insights while the monks
make their morning ritual chanting. Then make
a short climb up to the golden mount to enjoy
the panorama of Ratanakosin Island while
listening to the chimes of hundreds of temple
bells. From here, it is a short walk to Soi Ban
Batra, a handicraft community famed for the
art making monk’s alms bowls. Then hop on a
local shuttle boat on Klong Saen Sap as far as

Start your blessing day at Wat Saket where you can acquire some spiritual insights into
Buddhism as the monks chant their morning
prayers. Partake in the offering of alms to the
monks to gain some blessing for a healthy and
safe trip. Then make a short climb up to the
temple’s golden mount to enjoy the panoramic
view of Rattanakosin Island while listening
to the chimes of hundreds of temple bells.
Continue with a drive through the historical
part of Bangkok, and make a stop to buy a
bucket filled with food and utility items for
“Sangkatarn” – a special kind of offering for
monks at Wat Ratchabophit. The tour will cap
off at the Tiger God Shrine, one of the oldest
Taoist temples in Bangkok.

We take a boat ride through the maze of canals stopping along the way to visit Buddhist temples before arriving at Rama II Park with its Thai style Pavilion Museum.
