Detailed Tour Itinerary
Option A
Day 1- Bangkok – Kanchanaburi – Kwai River – Erawan National Park
From Bangkok, head towards Kanchanaburi. Stop at the famous bridge on the Kwai River and visit the JEATH Museum. Then, continue to Erawan National Park and its wonderful waterfalls, and then experience an elephant riding and get a soft- adventure with white water rafting in splendid landscapes. After that, visit the exciting Tiger Temple, home of several wild animals fed by monks.
Day 2- Kwai Yai River Kayak – Sai Yoke Noi – Hell Fire Pass – Kanchanaburi Town (B,L,D)
After having breakfast, start kayak down the River Kwai Yai. Then, drive to Hell Fire Pass to collect the information of the Second World War. Reach Sai Yoke Noi to visit the waterfall and start your trek into Wang Badal Cave. Explore the cave for about an hour and drive to the restaurant to have lunch. After lunch, drive to Thum Kra Sae Cave, another beautiful cave for a short visit. Drive to Hell Fire Pass Museum before boarding the Death Railway train for the journey to town.
Have your dinner in the famous riverside floating restaurant. Drive back to your hotel.
Day 3 – Rattanakosin National Park – Nakorn Pathom – Bangkok (B,L)
After breakfast, drive to the pier where you will take ferry to cross the lake along with your vehicle. Reach the shore and drive to the hill tribe village, experience the lifestyle of the local people and drive to Rattanakosin National Park, whose most areas consist of complicated forested limestone mountains. From here, you will trek down the beautiful cave which links to smaller cave, en route you will find some Gibbons families, waterfalls and different type of bird species. You can bring swimming costumes with you to have bath in the river which passes through the cave. Return to Bangkok with a stop on the way at Nakorn Pathom, Thailand’s oldest town to have lunch and visit the biggest stupa in South-East Asia, the Phra Pathom Chedi.
Option B
Day 1 - Bangkok – Kanchanaburi – Kwai River – Nam Tok Station (L,D)
From Bangkok, head towards Kanchanaburi. Stop at the famous bridge on the Kwai River and visit the JEATH Museum. Have local lunch. After lunch, take a historic ride on Death Railway Train through the Kwai Noi gorge to Nam Tok station. Transfer to your hotel by long-tail boat passing unspoiled mountainous jungle scenery. Have dinner.
Day 2 – Tiger Temple – Prasat Muang Singh (B,L,D)
Early morning, visit the exciting Tiger Temple, home of several wild animals fed by monks. Then head towards Prasat Muang Singh to explore this marvelous Khmer temple complex. Have local lunch. Get back to the resort to experience elephant riding and white water rafting in splendid landscapes.
Day 3 – Erawan National Park Trekking – Nakorn Pathom - Bangkok (B,L)
After breakfast, take a soft trekking trip in the Erawan National Park and its wonderful waterfalls. Have local lunch. Then, return to Bangkok with a stop on the way at Nakorn Pathom, Thailand’s oldest town to have lunch and visit the biggest stupa in South-East Asia, the Phra Pathom Chedi.
